Rhonda Mont holds the position of Office Administration Manager at Cordogan Clark & Associates (CCA) —a full-service architectural, engineering, interior design, and construction management firm with extensive experience in educational, recreational, municipal, corporate, and multi-family residential design. She coordinates the firm’s general office operations and is responsible for supervising staff; facilitating company communications; developing procedure and policy protocols; and ensuring the company is operating securely and effectively. Rhonda graduated with a master’s degree in Sports Psychology from University of Nebraska and graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Central College. In addition to her volunteer work with AWEF, Rhonda has served on the board of Cities In Schools and is currently the president of the West Aurora Blackhawk Sports Boosters. Prior to arriving in Aurora to provide marketing services for CCA, her previous career was as a women’s basketball coach at several Midwest collegiate institutions. She has maintained her interest in the sport officiating women’s college basketball for the past 22 years.
