Amy Baudouin is Vice President of Facilities and Office Operations at VNA Health Care, a $49 million not-for-profit community health organization providing primary health care, home health, and community wellness services in the cities of Aurora, Elgin, and Joliet and surrounding suburbs. VNA is ranked in the nation’s top 3.5% of community health centers for volume of patients served and the top 10% for quality of health care. Amy leads the integration of people, place, process, and technology to ensure the functionality of VNA’s 12 locations. She oversees staffing and scheduling of office support and building personnel and works closely with other departments to streamline and coordinate office procedures. Amy has managed multiple location moves, as well as numerous new building construction and renovation projects. She’s been with VNA since 1990. Amy received her bachelor’s degree from Aurora University. Additionally, she holds an esteemed Facilities Management Professional (FMP) certification through the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) and Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM).
